Core/Agility Class

Mondays from 6:00-6:55 pm

This class will focus on improving core strength, balance and agility. This class is open to all ability levels. Optimal core strength, balance and agility can benefit any individual, especially those involved in athletics. Expect to be pushed weekly and see improvement.

1 Class — $15

Monthly Membership (4x) — $50

Full Body Circuit Class

thursdays from 6:30-7:25 pm

This class focuses on improving overall fitness utilizing total body circuit training. This class is for any ability level and is open to anyone looking to improve their fitness in a group environment. Expect to be pushed weekly and see improvement.
