These classes focus on a high intensity circuit that will test your cardiovascular fitness, total body strength endurance, range of motion, core and balance. The classes will work the entire body, get you sweating, and keep your heart rate up. There will be great variety to the classes and you have the option of staying for one hour, or sticking around for a bonus 15:00 if you have time. Classes take place every Monday and Wednesday from 6-7:15 pm at Elite Training Solutions. These classes are a great way for you to improve areas of weakness and overall conditioning for any sport or fitness goal. In addition, we will also be meeting on a few Saturdays, for morning workouts. Join us!
