Our Approach

 

Our mission is to provide the best training program for each individual in a positive and encouraging environment. Areas of focus include: regular testing services to provide appropriate training zones and track progression, technique analysis, strength training, flexibility and range of motion, custom coaching plans, running and cycling camps and clinics, and strategies to improve your mental approach to training and competing.

To do this we look at each client’s life style, time constraints, family commitments, health history, athletic history, and needs, to create a program that best fits their goals. Utilizing regular communication and input, we stay on track and make adjustments where needed as we work towards your goals. These services are offered in both individual or group settings as well as in person or remotely, depending on your preference.
