Nathan offers coaching for every level of runner, cyclist and triathlete. Each package is customized to give every athlete the attention they need. From enthusiast to competitor, Nathan’s approach includes looking at each athlete’s life style, time constraints, family commitments, health history, athletic history, and needs, to create a program that best fits their goals. We will create a detailed plan and discuss mental skills beneficial to training and performance to help you reach your highest goals. Let’s get started!

Level 2

  • Changes to program twice per month

  • Pre and post-race discussion

Level 3

($500/initial 4-week program)

$450/4-Weeks

  • Initial consultation and assessment of your athletic history and goals moving forward

  • Monthly Lactate Threshold Testing to update training zones and track progress

  • Heart rate and/or power based training plan

  • Training Peaks Account

  • Weekly review of training log

  • Weekly 30:00 discussions via phone

  • Unlimited changes to program

  • Pre and post-race discussion

Ride or Run Skills Coaching

$150/session

2 hour session on gravel, road, trail or track. During this session we can work on bike handling skills such as cornering, drafting, on bike communication, climbing and descending, rocky terrain, and braking techniques. For runners we can focus on running technique, sprint form, cross country technique and fartlek or interval training. Both cyclist and runners can use this session to be pushed harder than they might on their own.
