Individual Coaching

Our mission is to provide the best custom training program for each individual. To do this we look at each client’s life style, time constraints, family commitments, health history, athletic history, and needs, to create a program that best fits their goals. We encourage good communication and input so that we can make adjustments where needed. Because the mind is so important in reaching goals, we also implement strategies to improve each client’s mental approach to their training and competition.

  • Free initial consultation and assessment of your athletic history and goals moving forward

  • Heart rate and/or power based training plan

  • Custom built training plan

  • Communication via email at the end of each training cycle

  • Changes to program once per month

  • 10% discount on Lactate Threshold, Heart Rate and Power Testing Services

  • 10% discount on ETSE camps and clinics

$150/4-Weeks single sport;
$175/4-weeks multi-sport

Level 2

  • Free initial consultation and assessment of your athletic history and goals moving forward

  • Heart rate and/or power based training plan

  • Custom built training plan

  • Weekly review of training log

  • Weekly discussion and feedback via phone or email.

  • Changes to program twice per month

  • Pre and post-race discussion

  • 20% discount on Lactate Threshold, Heart Rate and Power Testing Services

  • 20% discount on ETSE camps and clinics

$250/4-Weeks single sport;
$275/4-weeks multi-sport

Level 3

  • Free initial consultation and assessment of your athletic history and goals moving forward

  • Lactate Threshold Heart Rate and/or Power Test

  • Heart rate and/or power based training plan

  • Custom built training plan

  • Monthly in-person meeting 

  • Twice-weekly review of training log

  • Twice weekly discussion and feedback via phone or email.

  • Unlimited changes to program

  • Pre and post-race discussion

  • 30% discount on ETSE camps and clinics

$350/4-Weeks single sport;
$375/4-weeks multi-sport


 

12 Week Training Plan

  • Free initial consultation and assessment of your athletic history and goals moving forward

  • Custom built training plan

  • Heart rate and/or power based training plan

  • Communication via email at the end of each 12-week training cycle

$275 single sport;
$300 multi-sport
