I have been training with Nathan for many years now and he has always been a great motivator and coach. I would recommend Nathan to anyone who is looking to take their fitness to the next level and would like to have someone beside them every step of the way encouraging and challenging them. With that said some of the main reasons I choose to work with Nathan is his integrity, kindness and work ethic in and out of the gym.
I came to Nathan a few years ago when I was trying to recover after a stress fracture. He helped me build my strength so I could start running again. Since that time, he has taught me to become smarter about setting goals and learning how to hydrate and fuel for longer distances. He has been writing training plans for me so I can build my fitness level and accomplish the goals I set. I have done both personal training and group sessions with him and he always makes every session fun and informative. I have started cycling as well as running, and am currently in the best shape of my life so far, and I credit Nathan with getting me there.
