Personal & Group Training
We offer a variety of personal training and group training packages for all fitness and ability levels. Utilizing a wide array of training techniques, these sessions focus on functional movement to improve: overall conditioning, strength, endurance, coordination, balance, athleticism, injury prevention, return to function, and wellbeing.
Personal Training Options
A 55-minute full body comprehensive workout that will push you towards your goals.
1 session- $80
10 sessions- $700 ($70/session)
All packages must be paid in full and are good for 3 months from the purchase date.
Mobile Training Options
If your time is of the essence and you can’t make it to the gym, we will come to you. We will bring all of the equipment necessary for your workout at home, your favorite park, or any destination of your choice. These sessions last 45:00 and will cover the entire body to help you reach your goals. You will be instructed on warm up and cool down routines to be done before and after each workout, that way you are ready to go when we arrive. We will maximize the time we have and get a focused and effective workout accomplished every session.

Remote Training Options
If you would like to take advantage of our personal training services, but are unable to attend in person, we offer online 55-minute training sessions and consultations via Skype and Facetime. See personal training options pricing above.
